“I visited this branch to reactivate a dormant account. The staff was courteous, professional, and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. I was initially put off by all the negative reviews, but my experience was very positive. The only surprise was the floor to ceiling plexiglass shield. Is the USA that much more dangerous than Canada that they need to resort to such measures? A bit of culture shock, to say the least. . .”

“Have only used the ATM as it's one of the only in the area that doesn't charge a fee for PayPal debit/MC. Clean. Great parking lot to navigate with wide lanes for what is probably one of the most user friendly ATM systems I've come across. I'm going to miss this when I go back home end of semester and lose the convenience of having a drive thru for this card.”

“I have been a member of this Credit Union for almost 14 years. I will never leave I've moved out of state and i keep my account active. I would have to disagree with the review made about poor customer service. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful to me from day one. If your calling to check your balance you can alwys use the automated service!! I give the entire staff 5 Stars. For those of you who didn't pay off your Christmas Loans, shame on you. Your messing up a good thing for the rest of us faithful members!!!!!”

“I have been a member of M&T for approx 6 yrs . I have had pleasant experiences each and every time I'm there. The loan officer named Barbara has always been extremely awesome and helpful. Very kind and courteous and personable. Going through the drive-thru does make me nervous when there's people walking up to the ATM that I never do use but I guess I'm paranoid that they're casing the drive-thru.”

“They sent us a letter with our account information, how to create a log in before they merged with encompass. The only complaint that I have, is when they 1st merged, it was showing a payment due, even though it was made. They emailed me back and said it was a system issue.”
“This is the best bank in the area with the friendliest workers. Only getting 4 stars though because their ATM is still the same one from the 90s and is a total piece of junk. Always broken, or very slow time to upgrade Citizens!”
