Was going to buy a slim fit dress shirt, and their 80 year old associate stops me and says “just so you know, that shirt is going to be very tight on you” while motioning to his chest. Yes, I’m aware I’m a bigger man. I would’ve rather bought the shirt and returned it if it didn’t fit. Rather than get called out.

⚠️Warning for shoppers: This store has chosen not to accept Hugo Boss gift cards. They may have also removed my prior review with this warning. However, all other experiences have been good. The associates are helpful when you ask, will take measurements if needed, but not pushy for sales. There is also almost always a sale going on and pick up shirts for very reasonable prices. Certainly leagues better than Boss outlets in tourist heavy cities.

Quality of Boss has gone down in recent years. Most clothes are no longer made in Germany. It's like buying a Walmart shirt and stamping a Hugo Boss label on it. So disappointing.

Be sure to read the rules for purchases. Do not wash or dry anything from here. Dry clean only. It fades 3 shades and shrinks 3 sizes. No sarcasm. Some of the staff is very helpful.

Selling the biggest garabage that is coming from Chinese markets in Canada.... paid almost 300$ cad for sweater and after the second wash it completely shrunk .... is that a 300$ sweater? Lol
