This Burlington has a decent selection of clothing and other items. The selection is not the problem neither is the attitude of any other employee besides Eve! She has a terrible attitude and seriously needs training on her customer service skills. She is crude and distasteful. I have had multiple experiences where she was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. She was flirting with the customer before me being all nice and smiley and then completely changed when my family and I came up. She was so rude did not even say hello or anything gave us dirty looks and was unable to treat us with any respect the THREE TIMES we have encountered her. She is the only reason I have ever considered not returning to this location.

An okay store. Went there to look around a couple days ago. My boyfriend had to leave his bag up front. We forgot the bag at the store and I contacted them today and they could not find it. So basically one of their employees stole it.
Also, I bought pjs for my boys. I noticed yesterday that the top and bottom were not both 24 months. Only the top was 24 months. The bottom was 18 months.

I don’t know who manages the Burlington in Niagara Falls NY, but they need to be fired. I’ve gone into that store several times in the last couple months & it’s worse every time. Each aisle is cluttered & in complete disarray. I never thought I’d say this about a store, but it is disgusting. There are some if not most aisles you can’t even go down. It is a huge safety hazard. They need to shut this place down.

Looks like a dumpster. I was confused. looked like the worst kept thrift store I've seen. Every item broken thrown around and disgusting in general. Disgraceful

I used to buy a lot at this store and find everything that we need and even more. This past month we went twice and left totally disappointed, the store is absolutely filthy and unorganized.

I had the unfortunate experience of entering this Burlington store at approximately 5pm yesterday (Thursday). After struggling through the absolute disgusting pigsty of items, items on the floor, garbage packaging from stolen items absolutely everywhere, there was not one organized shelf in this place . Where is the management? Then I proceeeded to take my two small items to the cash. The cash which is also a complete disaster area. After finishing their personal conversation your employee began to cash out a women with many many items approximately 30 items. I patiently waited for my turn. Two other employees went behind the cash and began playing with toys, giggling and laughing. Another employee was working hard restocking clothing and I didn’t want to bother her. But because there was a customer waiting , I couldn’t believe how blatantly I was ignored.
Finally after frustratingly trying to make eye contact because I wanted to pay and leave. I gave up and placed my items back down. I guess more items to be restocked in your absolutely disaster store. But along with your unprofessional, immature, employees. I work for a small business and I would never ever ignore a customer and lose a sale the way your employees did to me. Also, when I exasperated at them “thanks for cashing me out” they basically laughed in my face.
Maybe management is needed here. Seems like a bunch of young kids goofing off and not that the disaster of the store is entirely their fault. I imagine you will go out of business soon. As an owner I would be ashamed to admit this was my store, or I had anything to do with this store. You should be ashamed of yourself. The state of the makeup and beauty/purses and shoes was inhumane. Absolutely shameful.
Good luck running a store this way.

4 people in line. Took over 20 minutes to cash out with one cashier. But don’t worry there’s a worker standing at the door checking bags too. Miserable

I can't explain what I really walked into. I don't think I expect a whole lot from stores, but this just turned me off my shopping experience all together. Once I got to the toy section looking for toys for my son. I was completely disgusted and appalled at the disgusting appearance of how the store is upheld. I will never shop here again and cannot stress enough that The store needs to have a complete and utter overhaul.

Oh my the store was dirty coats all over the floor with just a few people working. The cashier said they just cant keep help an ahe apologized fir the mess It really helped me appreciate what a hard working generation I belong to 40yrs ago😔

Clean and variety but THE STAFF NEEDS TO DAMN RELAX AN STOP FOLLOWING THE WRONG PEOPLE AROUND MAKING IT HARD TO SHOP.I JUST LEFT AND WENT TO THE MALL THERE LOST I CAME TO SHOP SHOP. FUNNY THING IS AS I'M WALKING OUT THE DOOR I'M WALKING PASS A MNGR TRYING TO TUSSLE WITH A COUPLE OF ANOTHER RACE WITH A CART AND BAGS OF GOODIES. YES I DID LAUGH 😂 BUT THEY NEED MORE DRESS PANTS FOR MEN AND SHIRTS OF ALL SIZES.
