The manager at the store was not friendly, rude and had flat affect. Was browsing the intimates section and the manger came up to tell us the promos aggressively. When we said we were okay and just looking, she insisted that she had to stay in the area in order to sell. No one else was in the store at the time. We felt uncomfortable and left and she called after us saying “what? So you’re not interested anymore?” As if she didn’t just push us away with her behaviour.
After approaching her about her behaviour in regards to her aggressive sale tactics and hovering she stated that “everyone knows I’m a pushy seller” and that she had been in retail for a long time.
If you want to shop her you can but the manager in particular is aggressive

I told the manager but I wanted to share in a review how amazing my customer service experience was in this store on a very busy Saturday. Jessa helped me in the fitting rooms and was so very helpful, kind, and friendly. She gladly helped me with my sizes and selections and made me so happy. I will be back and I can't wait to enjoy my purchases. Keep up the good work.

Mus come here. Very cheap clothes, theres not the same quality dressed as 3 years ago. clothes are more sport and less dressing style. Anyhow, i did buy somethings. Girls and boys at register are very young and know nothing about the brand. They down value the firm.

Excellent service, great quality. I recently went to the Outlet Mall to look for jeans, and ended up buying them at Calvin. I’m totally not a designer fashion person, but the regular Wrangler jeans I usually buy have gotten to be very poor quality and a really bad fit on me. I tried department stores Levi’s and didn’t really like them, and didn’t think that the quality matched the price tags, I tried a couple stores at the outlet before going to Calvin, I found that the Calvin jeans were a super good fit, and around the same price as Levi’s or any other name in better denim. The lady working the floor was super helpful and helped my find another pair in my size from the stockroom, I really liked the service and friendliness of the people working, the did NOT have that stuck up attitude that sometimes is present in designer specialty stores. When I checked out they asked me if I was a loyalty rewards member, I was not so I got an extra 15% off for giving me email and signing up for loyalty, making my purchase an even better value. Definitely will buy all my jeans there from now on, the quality of there jeans definitely matches the price point.

I love Calvin Klein and I love this store however over the past year they’ve had the same clothes in their store and it seems like they have been low on any sort of stock. All that has been in this store for a year now are plain grey, white, and black clothes.

My husband was in need of a suit for his new job. We first thought of Hugo Boss. However, the employees there hid in the back until after we left. Feeling dismissed, we tried Calvin Klein. We were automatically assisted by a gentleman who took my husband's measurements, helped him find a suit he liked, and hooked him up with shirts, ties etc. Calvin Klein has earned our business and Hugo Boss lost it forever all due to customer service by the employees.
