Staff was AMAZING and helpful. Helped find items that were in the backroom. When we went cash out, Kay helped us. Today there was a special..open a credit card and save 50% off your order. She helped with everything. So polite, so informative, so helpful. A dream employee. She will be the reason why we come back here to shop. AMAZING!!!

Large selection of baby clothes for newborn up. Expensive, but with sales a good price. Good quality with Carter clothes. Customer service very good.

Carter's is my favorite place to shop for baby clothes. I have no children, but when I need a gift for someone it is the place I go to every time. The outfits are always cute and usually on sale. Some shirts and onesies even have cute sayings on them to make the perfect and unique gift. The staff is wonderful. While shopping they are always helpful and informative. They even went above and beyond to solve my issue. This past visit, was for my 1 year old cousin's birthday. When I went to cash out, the register crashed as my credit card payment was completed. There was no receipt so they couldn't tell if the payment really completed or not. The manager came over and called the support team immediately to try and solve the issue. It took a while and the answer was never solved while there. I did have to cash out again, but she gave me information in case I was charged twice so I could be reimbursed with her name and store info on it. I noticed a few days later I was charged twice. The day I went to go back for my reimbursement, I double checked my account, and I saw they already discounted the second charge. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

MSRP prices are a little high, however you cannot beat their clearance and sales they have regularly! Extra perks if you open a credit card, recommend if you are a frequent shopper. For babies and children!
