Terrible attitude. Was looking around at the dress shirts, took two and placed them on the side as I was still browsing. Salesman didn't seem happy about it, seemed disgruntled and put it back.
Decided against the dress shirts after the interaction. I wanted to buy a t-shirt instead, went up to cash to pay and the salesman just stood there and said "Seriously? You're just going to buy the shirt?..." in the most pissed off tone. Was about to pay with a $100 bill (we're Canadian and didn't have any other bills at the time) and was instantly rejected.
What the heck? Did I come to the store at a bad time? Everybody's reviews seems to be great but I've had a complete opposite experience. This was on Sunday September 1st 2024, mid afternoon.

Clothes are great. James, the assistant manager, was super smiley and chatty… with everyone else. As soon as it was just my fiancée and I in the store, James became sullen and ignored us. My fiancée even tried to compliment the man— he would not look us in the eye. The ladies that work there, however, are always lovely. James might need to remove the plastic hanger from his backside.

This store has great size inclusivity and availability. I purchased my first suit, and am impressed with the comfort and quality of the clothing. The service was also excellent as James is very welcoming, helpful, and judgement free.
