Terrible experience at Christmas Eve. Employee Raman working without ID and service Alcohol without smart serve licence. When I asked he for her ID and Smart serve she was unable to show at the time. At first she denied to sell me alcohol even I was there with my drivers licence.
Manager please educate your employees. I have made complaint to AGCO and Circke K corporate as well

I was there around 8 pm today for gas fill up,lady at counter asked me for my ID or leave the gas station for no reason.I don’t know what’s wrong with her.
I don’t even know why she was rude to everyone.

I'll be back after they take away pay before you pump during the day.
Employee told me every gas company was doing it, and they were following protocol.
So, just for the hell of it. I went to a shell during the day. I paid after I pumped gas.

I went to buy a bottle of wine at 10:55pm. I grabbed one off the shelf and brought it to the counter. I asked if the fridges were locked because I saw a more desirable wine. Instead, the cashier said we lock them at 10:55pm. I said “okay, I’ll just get this one”. she then proceeded to waste about 3 minutes saying it’s almost 11 we can’t sell it. When I told her the signs say 11 for alcohol, she proceeded again to keep saying it’s almost 11. When I mentioned again that it wasn’t 11 yet, she kept watching the clock and when it finally hit 11, she took the bottle and put it aside and wouldn’t sell it. If the rule states you sell until 11, sell your alcohol until 11. Don’t be lazy.

Stopped for gas . Went inside and saw a shelf with items marked 75 percent off. Picked some up , brought to cash out . They were only scanning at 50 percent off . I asked what the issue was. The worker said his supervisor said they can't give over 50 percent off. If I didn't notice it in the screen they would have tried to bait and switch . I don't trust dishonest companies .

I fill gas from this gas station and That time my car engine is start and there is cold and i sit inside the car they turned off the machine after some time that guy Taranjeet Singh told me to shut off the engine and then i turned off car engine and sit inside again he turned off the The machine then i went inside and ask him why you turned pff the machine he behave with me too rude. Every single time me and my friends fill gas from same gas station because it’s too close from our home but from today i will not come here again in my life because of that guy. I have one suggestion for owner please give warning to him otherwise he will reduce your because of his Language. I am also send one email to Circle K head office against Taranjeet Singh

Can't or won't print me a receipt for my gas. Is this even legal? If I would have known how much of a hassle this would be i would have pumped my gas some place else

Great location, not much else in this area so its very convenient. They offer competitive pricing on Gas but also offer many corner store items, in addition to hot food - such as Pizza, hotdogs, and more! Friendly staff and nice big clean store!

I'm looking for cheap gas prices around the neighborhood the maps app says A leader of fuel is a dollar forty eight I called the store to confirm and they told me they don't give prices out over the phone.

I'm having an on going problem the past some years at Circle K on thorold stone rd in niagara falls when I get gas for my car. It happened now 6 times the machine cannot read my visa card and even when I switch to another outside gas pump my card still doesn't work. I understand if I insert it the wrong way the screen states insert other way if those were the exact words, but no matter which way I insert it it didn''t work now for the 6th time and when I didn't get gas at that time due to this problem or didn't pay cash inside the store for the gas, on 2 occasions as my card didn't work outside my same visa card would work inside their store in the machine at their counter. Why is this happening that my visa card can't be read outside at their gas pumps but worked perfectly inside their store?
