Very rude manager, accused my six year old daughter of stealing the shoes that we’d already bought previously and she wore into the store without asking us, starting shouting at her and terrified her, then refused to apologize until I clarified multiple times and kept on shouting, very rude, and then proceeded to tell me I cannot shop in her store any more. She is the manager and was not willing to give me her name as she knew she was at fault. Horrible experience, never spending my money here again.worst experience ever

Great Sale. Initial Salesperson informed of the 2 pair for $$ Sale. But the rack in front of the store had a better sale if you could find a style and size to suit you. Pleasant experience.

A pair of shoes was listed on a sale, and we went to buy it, however when we got to the cashier, they didn’t register the price after the sale, then when we asked about it, they said that is wasn’t on sale, even though the sale info was on the tag. Staff were also rude, left a bad feeling to people when they entered the shop.

Warning all different models and sub styles of clarks shoes have very very unique sizing metrics. You CAN NOT think oh my desert boots fit nice at size 11 so the trek should fit at that size. IT DOES NOT Work like that. Never buy on line only purchase after going to store and making sure that what ever style you like actually fits. I bought a pair of the trek's and went on a 10 mile day hike, huge huge mistake as my left foot is jacked the F%&^k up, I don't know if it will ever be the same not a least for two months.
