I’m so sick of the cricket app not working when you try to pay your bill?!?? It always says your card information is wrong and it will keep saying that until you get frustrated enough to call and make the payment…which is an extra $5 dollars then it magically goes through smh…sucha scam! Iv been with cricket for over 15 years and they do not care about loyal customers.

I haven't always had the best of luck at this location but recently I had a phone screen shattered and had to use my insurance to acquire another phone everybody from the people at 611 to Luis at the counter not only helped me with my insurance claim and receiving my new phone but I brought it in and pad luis download all my stuff from one phone to the other phone. He was beyond professional and courteous to me and all the other customers that came in, it was a trying situation because I am not the most patient person sometimes. 10 stars to Luis

Staff are very unhelpful and rude. I would'd rather burn my money than them making any commission monry from me. I've been there many time before. They were very happy to take my money when it was effortless for them to help me. The person referred me to customer service. I politely stated that i don't have a phone to use to call customer service and that i that i was talking to the store manager himself would greatly appreciate if they can help me to contact them. The person stated that it wasn't his problem and that i should leave the store. The irony it was the manager whom i was speaking to
