Very ignorant and rude. They genuinely don't care for their customers.The management allows herself and cashiers to swear and be rude to their customers . . And very prejudice. Plz don't pay them top dollar for a Job they don't do well at.

The Niagara BLVD location over the 2024 year has experienced a high turnover in employment recently remodeling to expand groceries although to physical store needs major remodeling. Dollar General stores nationally have been in class action lawsuits with complaints of overcharging settling in WI for $850,000. DG have overcharged advertised prices since 2020. 9/12/24 the location advertised fast break hamburgers at 3 for $4.00 until 1/25 whereas the scanner priced the items at regular price, when asked for a refund the employee on duty responded "you want your 50c" retrieving the manager, the manager's response was similiar refunding the difference with cash rather than registering the refund through the computer to correct the error thus potentially collecting 100s-1000s of excess charges for that and/or other items throughout the store.

The fact that this location is even open is shocking to me! It's so disgustingly dirty! Clearly in desperate need of new management.... an exterminator may be in order as well.

Every time i come to this store there is a line a mile long 4 people "working" and only 1 cash register open though that 1 register is normally very kind and helpful it still make for a bad experience when you have to wait a half hour to cash out at this location other locations i haven't really had this problem

The stars are for Justine the cashier! She's very friendly. The store itself is kinda dirty & could use a makeover, but Justine the cashier is Alright with me! Yaaaay Justine! Keep on doing a good job! Thank you Justine?????❤️❤️❤️❤️

They should change their name from Dollar General to Dollars General. They seem to be getting rid of the affordable Clover Valley products and replacing them with the more expensive brands. Too many empty shelves and each time I go there, I find less of a reason to return there until they start turning it around.

D.g. is pretty much the same everywhere in U.S.A.,you can find mostly everything you need usually within a budget,the store in my area are overstocked or understocked, and usually never enough people to help

Love the Manager, she is always so nice & helpful! She also always stays on her staff about being kind, helpful, quick & keeping masks on at all times! The store is usually clean and organized also! This is my favorite Dollar General store, and I almost always go there!

If your in a quick need for some bread or ketchup, this is a ok place to go. A little bit sketchy on the cleanliness and order of the store but it's been like that for as long as I can remember. Parking lot is filled with potholes even after being replaced last year. No air condition when it's hot out and barely any heat when it's cold out. I feel bad for the employees, I honestly do. Often times there's only one register with 10-15 customers in line and it take the one cashier a few minutes to get to the register as she's also the only one stocking. This place is pretty sad even on a good day! I'd go to a Family Dollar or Walmart before I'd go here. It's just a convenience thing to come here nothing less, nothing more!
