The crew working at this store have really been amazing. I've been coming to this store since day one from opening day.. I have seen all the ups and downs many different employees come and go and come back again . Shirley really has stepped up not only with the workers she has on staff. But with the store itself the shelves are actually stocked and guess what when something runs out . It's right back on the shelf not months and months later. It's clean organized and a wonderful atmosphere to walk into very friendly. Cookie Chenelle Brandy and Shirley please give yourselves the credit your due. Amazing work ...!!!!

Went into this store for the 1st time in a long time today Nearly 2 years. It was almost as though I stepped into a brand new store. I used to avoid this store because of the mess. But today it was so clean and stocked. The employees are working so hard in there. The cashier greeted me with a smile. And the Manager was in the front helping out. Over all great experience today, kudos to everyone here at the Hyde Park location.

Went into this store because I do a lot of shopping at the Dollar general not necessarily this one but asked if I could get the key to the restroom which is noted on the restroom door that the key is in the manager's office the lady stalking the shells promptly told me we don't have public restrooms we only have employee restrooms this is store number 3622 in Niagara 12:50 on the 6th of September

It’s a newer store and close to my home.. but today liter all over outside and in aisles and carts full of product in middle of aisles.. girl rang me up with her phone texting someone and only said price.. wow no niceties anymore?! Will not go back.. do better!

They are the closest store to my house so I do run in there ONLY when I need something quick. Half the time they don't have much of anything but I understand it's not their fault as I'm a manager of a store myself I understand automatic shipments. BUT today I go in for eggs that clearly has FOUR price labels for $2.35 and it rang up at $3.50. I asked "don't you have to honor the price" as I show her the labels and her response was "nope not all, have a nice day" with an attitude and walked away from me. Well, that's what Niagara County Weights and measures is for. Again being a manager I know all about them and how awful their visits can be if your store prices are wrong. And a lot of their store prices are wrong. So good luck! Hope that $1.15 price difference was worth it.

Told cashier the eggs in cooker where expired she told me what you want me to do about it it's the managers job n I hate working here since he started. Terrible customer service and terrible on keeping up with rotating product. Terrible
