Walked in and walked back out!!!! Looked very dirty, unorganized, the smell throughout the store was awful!!!!!! Products were all over, it looked like everything was just dumped :(

I am disgusted by the shopping experience I had today. The store was a mess along with a lot of shelfs being empty and on top of it all I watched an associate chase a shoplifter out of the building potentially putting the other associates and customers in danger.

Stopped here on one of the hottest days I’ve felt this year. Most dollar stores around here are understaffed. But the employees there seemed to be working hard and very friendly. Kudos to this store for having more items then the others I’ve been to

I am absolutely appalled at the behavior of the so called manager on duty during my shopping experience earlier this afternoon. The poor cashier was clearly overwhelmed and he did not so much as lift a finger to help them. The cashier looked like they wanted to cry and there was a long line. You would think he would offer some form of assistance but that seemed to not be on his agenda. If this is how employees are treated I don’t think I will continue to be a customer at this dollar tree anymore. I hope that cashier is doing better now, and I hope they get a better manager to manage this store.

Good products that I can't find anywhere else. Decent prices. Biggest complaint was that there was only one cashier open. This place needs self check-out.

The stars are for Ashley the cashier. She's very friendly & I enjoyed talking with her as she cashed me out. Thanks Ashley???????. Somebody needs to organize the store better. Not Ashley tho, one of them that was standing around doing nothing can do it.

Probably the worst dollar tree in WNY.
Trashed from one end to the next. No carts, and the manager (at least it looked like it from the street clothes she was wearing) was rude to multiple customers. There's no need to keep this store open.

The store was dirty. I stood in line for 40 mins. Only 1 cashier at Christmas time. Another finally opened up after 30 mins. and instead of coming to get the next customers in line, he stood at the register and everyone from the end of the line ran over. Needless to say the people who had been waiting the longest were upset, including me. Watching these people leave while you were still standing in line was just wrong. Needs better training of staff or management.

Very clean and organized store all the empty shelves, very few, we're in the very back of the store where they should be, end caps of the seasonal and feature products were very nice I had to compliment the staff on how organized and well put together the place was
