Actually, I realized they charged me a bagging FEE when there was no bagging involved.

Bought some snacks and got a thing of wafer cookies and it's EXPIRDED! In June 2024 I'd don't recommend going to get anything from there had to throw it out! Not happy

I know this location has always had issues but the cleanliness has no standards. Broom? Mop? Anything? Ever? You sell them. Use them.
Why is it beyond employees to have manners when taking my money?
No, "hi, bye, please, thank you, have a good day" ? Zero personality. Zero eye contact. Zero, " I'll take you over on this register" just a blank stare like I'm to read
her mind even after I ask which register would you like me at?
You give me the total amount
"25 dollar".
Not," that's $25 dollars, please...thank you".
Training people? Train them that good customer service creates future customers. Good customer service creates jobs and revenue for your store to continue operating!!

I had a pleasant experience here today. The store is a bit older but the young fella at the cashier named lazar I hope I spelt it correctly was very helpful and extremely polite. I would return again.

Horrible, this dollar store has disrespectful staff, this lady wouldnt accept my money she claimed it to be fake. It was not fake. Staff like that should not be working at the store. Very unessessary and disrespectful, i ended up paying visa, they have no customer service skills. And should hire better staff!

Went in today for a few birthday items. The cashiers were too busy gossiping about how the supervisor left them to train someone new this holiday weekend. The discussion occurred in front of me (customer) and delayed my checkout (it was empty but they were too caught up).
The staff member who checked me out told me that the ballon I picked did not hold helium as I was checking out-which was fine. But she didn’t mention that they sell balloons that do! After the experience I didn’t want to go back in there and inconvenience anyone by making them do their jobs?

Good experience both times I have come here altho it's a very busy parking lot the store is clean the staff are nice and friendly there pretty busy both times I went but it was handled well I would definitely return to this store in the future

My experience at dollar tree was phenomenal!!! My cashier Mike was a sweetie. So helpful!! Will be back again!!!
