When I arrived at the Niagara Falls Airport, the car rental kiosk was closed. I took a cab to my destination. The next morning I went to the Enterprise location in Niagara Falls. I had an awesome experience. They could not have been more apologetic about the confusion. They upgraded my car, adjusted the price and covered the cost of gas. The manager was polite, efficient and thorough. This gentleman made me forget I couldn't get a car the evening before!! I would recommend that Enterprise look to promote him to a training position. Great employee!

Every time I rent here, they go above and beyond to take care of me. I've never a problem which hasn't been corrected immediately. It's always a good experience with friendly staff.

Customer service was outstanding. My car was stolen for the second time and needed a replacement. From the time I reserved the vehicle to the time I walked out after returning it, the agents went above and beyond. I needed a rental immediately. My bank card wasn't compatible, and I didn't have a credit card. The agent gave me an alternate solution and found me the size vehicle I needed even tho they were pretty booked. The vehicle was ready when promised and very clean. I will rent from them again if I ever need another rental.

Amazing experience! Booked online for the airport pickup and read horrible reviews. Two days before the reservation, I got a call from Shelby who offered a shuttle to come pick us up from the hotel after we arrived. Martha who picked us up was wonderful! Really enjoyed our time riding with her! Picking up the car was very easy and quick. Dropped it off after hours at the airport. Super easy! Got a call from Megan a couple days after. Such great service! Don't believe some of the reviews. They really try hard and do a great job!

Generally the staff are nice. We actually needed to swap our car that got flat tire. Too bad they didn't have a car.

I usually don’t write bad review. But this is bothering me so much. I feel like I am being abused. This is their mistake but I have to take the hit. They opt me in for the additional insurance by mistake. We were there to pick up the rental car. At the front desk, they asked me to swipe my card for the rental. They asked me if I need the addition insurance coverage. I told them I don’t need it. They said ok, and they told me to please sign the signature pad to complete the check in then brought us to the car. Couple weeks later, they called me and asked to for the authorization for the charge of almost $600 on my credit card. I asked them what was the charge for? They told me that was for the addition insurance charges. It was their mistake. I told them “NO We don’t need it” from the beginning. I talked to the manager. He told me he will get back to me soon. He didn’t. I reached out to the store later. They placed me on hold while waiting for the manager. 45 minutes later, they picked up the phone and told me he have left for the day. Next day, a Rep called me back and told me that I am all set. They have removed the charges. 3 weeks later, they put the charge back to my credit card. I tried calling the store for few times, they placed me on hold and never pick up my call. Plus the manager played the “ I am the manager, I am the higher tier one here” at the first time when I was talking to him. So unprofessional!! I am still trying to reach out to them for the refund but they are just kept on putting me on hold every time when I call.

Absolutely terrible experience! I booked a rental car for 3 days months ago. Got a confirmation call with a VM that asked to call back and confirm and discuss information about my rental for the following day. Returned the call immediately and spoke to someone who just said I was all set with the rental and can pickup at 9am the following day. Next day comes and I go to pickup the vehicle and leave my deposit. Was told AT PICKUP that my husband cannot use his credit card when I am the one booking the vehicle. Tried to use my debit card and was told that is unacceptable form of payment. The lady tried to tell me that this was discussed with my booking when I assure NO ONE told me about this information. Had to leave without the rental and cancel my trip last minute with no means of transportation. Will NEVER rent from this place again! Maybe inform your renters of your policy prior to them booking when they speak to someone the day prior!

The car that they gave me needed windshield wiper fluid after day one. After a week of having the car it needed an oil change. When I called to get help because of the messages I was told to take it to a local place and they would just give me a new car. I got there and they couldn't do that so told me I could take it to a Firestone and get it done myself. So I sat at a Firestone for 2 hours to get the car safe to be on the road again.

Never had a bad experience here. They call you before you get your car. Arrange pickup/shuttle services. Super professional, and all around very pleasant to deal with. Best car rental experience every time I use them.
