Went there today to purchase a pair for myself. One of the blond ladies working there was extremely rude. Not only was she rude to a family asking if they will pick up after themselves but was also just using bad language picking up things that were on the floor. You might be in a bad mood, but never bring it to work! You are there to work, it is your job! And those customers you are rude to are the ones who are making your job available! I left without purchasing, because I saw her at the cash register packing order in such a bad mood. I am giving it 2 stars only because the guy in moustache was nice towards us.

The ASM, I believe her name may have been Jenna, was kind enough to help my family with our purchase and properly explain to us the situation of their BOGO deal, however for some reason the manager (I’m assuming she was the manager- couldn’t catch her name, but she was an older Caucasian lady) came in suddenly and was very rude in her explanation. Completely uncalled for when Jenna was already explaining the deal to us.
I don’t understand why she had to talk to us like we were stupid. “The shoes do not apply to the deal at all. We can’t do it for you. Period.” Not sure why she had to raise her voice at my family when we were literally asking a question, not making a scene or anything. Instead she could have simply said something like “These particular shoes weren’t a part of the deal.” I don’t know but it really could have been as simple as that- the one explanation would have been enough, but thanks I guess? Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I personally love this famous footwear outlet!-Whenever I’m in Niagara Falls on the Canadian side I will cross the border, sometimes I’ll just even drive from Toronto to shop here ? and obviously shop at other stores in the area!
