Absolutely loved this store! The prices were affordable and the variety was great! It seemed like they were shuffling/restocking around the store as it wasn’t the neatest, but still easy to find what I was looking for. Will be back for sure!

Hard to tell what prices are what.. small & crowded . I went one time lady yelled at me and my son, said the machines weren't self serve then next time I went I had to cash myself out. not worth my time

Good and bad. The good: Really good value for your money. You can absolutely find deals here and there is a lot to choose from. Cosmetics, clothing, candy and snack, housewares, stuffed toys... The bad: I agree with some of the other reviews, this store is extremely messy. It's also embarrassing how dirty it is. I've never been to a Five Below and while I was travelling I thought I'd stop in (I heard you can find Squishmallows here) but it was so unappealing inside that I left with nothing. I'm not sure if it's just busy and no one has time or if it's not important. I'd understand if they are short staffed or its very busy lately, but it's honestly not somewhere I'd stop again due to the neglect of the inside of the store.

I was there this evening the store was a complete mess. No one greeted me. When I went to cash out no one was around, at least I didn’t see anyone. So I started to scan my items. This tall girl came over and was like I don’t know why you’re scanning. Had someone been doing their JOB I would have known. And then another customer tried to scan her stuff and the girl was just as rude

The name of the store should be 30 Below! The price ranges anywhere from $1 up to $30. They sell anything and everything you could possibly think of now. For the most part it is organized. The shelves are well stocked. Some days/times are way busier than others. My biggest dislike is the employee scans each of my items then walks away. Wouldn't it make more sense if the employee finished cashing me out? Get rid of the self-checkouts if you don't trust customers to do it.

Why make all the checkouts self checkouts if you're going to make associates do all the work anyways? It's inconvenient. Additionally, this store is always a mess
