Smallest "plus size" section I've ever seen!! I'm NOT one of those people who think the world should conform to me because i'm a bit bigger, no, I will GLADLY lose the weight, and I am trying. But I am truly not THAT big. I'm a 27 year old woman 165lbs, which on my my body type looks like 150lbs. I have always been larger on my bottom half. (I have larger things and buttocks) So I always needed a 1XL to 2XL bottoms and an a Large to XL shirt. Finding shirts NO PROBLEM. But their pants only go up to an XL, and the plus size section is smaller than my closet. Lol

I love this store and got a great deal today! Unfortunately, the customer service was deplorable! The first cashier was unnecessary curt and when I asked if she was OK, she walked away and told someone else to deal with me. Luckily, a lovely clerk named Seven assisted me and was pleasant and professional when I was on the verge of canceling my sale. Thank you, Seven and keep up the great service

Terrible service and disorganized plus section. Managers (?) were so rude, I left in tears.
My husband and sons went back and bought my choices because I have been looking for linen pants in plus, but I couldn’t bring myself to support a company that yells at customers for not knowing how their discounts worked when I have never shopped there and the personnel I had asked told me, “I don’t even know.”
Will NEVER step foot in that store again. She told me to “Take it or leave it” so I will be leaving it!

Took my 11yr old daughter here to do some birthday shopping and she left with a whole bunch of Hello Kitty stuff. She was happy! The staff was really helpful and it was overall a nice atmosphere besides one of the associates having a loud conversation with one of the other employees using foul language. Let's keep it professional ladies! There are kids around.

Thank you jade for coming to work today, you were there to be the "cashier". The " cashier" called off today and the Manager.... Well, he's off all week. Unbelievable! So glad you came to work today so I could purchase my items. I think Forever 21 should acknowledge these young ladies picking up the slack for the Manager to look good.

I liked the fashion sense and accessibility but whenever I was looking for something in a large size there was practically nothing. I really liked the discounted prices on the clearance rack but nothing there would fit me so I ended up not buying anything the last 3 times I went. Also to be honest the clearance rack was pretty messy so if you had anything else in your hands and saw something you wanted to look at it was tangled it was just frustrating. I love the accessories and jewelry though, it's super cute. Like I said though unless your a extra small, small, or medium there aren't any bigger clothes.
