This place is always closed in winters, little bit snow or cold they will close on you so it's not worth to keep paying for membership in winters hoping you will get salt or snow clean off your car because whenever you will go they will be closed blaming on weather. Don't waste your time and money get a car wash that is more reliable and take there business seriously. Very disappointed

Damaged my car refuses to replace parts gives you a run-around been in here three times about the problem won't let you see the video and the manager was an ahole about it. Now I am taking them to court.

They block vacuum use without going around building through the mag/plate reader first like you're getting he car washed. Yes you can tell them verbally only vacuum and drive down the side driveway next to the main car wash once I get to it but it's still very inconvenient. Also hardly have out towels and spray.

I LOVE my GO membership. My car stays clean and I get free vacumns and towels to use after. I think there's supposed to be glass cleaner, but I never see it. With Premier, you can get dash wipes and an air freshener every time you go through. The locations are spread out so I'm usually not to far from one if I want to go.

I have been a customer at this location since they first opened. I have 2 vehicles on the membership. They both had the 2nd tier package with the tire shine. After about 2 months, it started going downhill. The tire shine mechanism was not working for a month straight(still isn't working) and it smeared black oily residue all over my tires and rims on my passenger side everytime I went through. I was paying full price but had to wipe off my rims everytime, or tell them to retract it. So I figured what is the point of paying more when the equipment is broken. So I downgraded both vehicles to the basic package. Now, the side spinning brush on the driver side is broken and tethered back. So my driver side does not get cleaned. This has been going on for about a week now. I was told they have bug spray to get the bugs off of my front bumper. They NEVER use it and I always still have tons of bugs on my front bumper. Most of the vacuums do not work, the air hoses barely work, the garbage cans outside barely ever have bags in them, some of the employees barely spray off my car when I go through, the antenna on my truck got ripped off(I know the car wash is not responsible) but it still just adds to the list. Why am I paying full price for 2 vehicles when only half of the equipment is working? For 2 months I paid for tire shine and could not use it because the "rack was broken". I left delta sonic for this car wash and now I regret it. I go through this carwash everyday. I'm a good customer, I don't leave a mess, I'm polite and always understanding when equipment is broken return the towels, etc. But enough is enough. I'm paying over $60 a month for a basic package and getting below basic washes. I should not have to scrub off bugs and dirt AFTER going through the wash. I will be cancelling my memberships this month. I asked for a partial refund for the 2 months I paid for the 2nd tier package and was told they couldn't do that. Why should I pay for tire shine if it's just going to leave black gunk all over my passenger side rims and tires? Or it doesn't work at all. Most of the employees are very nice and the manager is very professional. However the wash itself is not worth what I pay. I would like to speak to the owner regarding these issues. I cannot be the only person who has experienced these problems.
