They changed my water pump which is inside the engine. Big job to tear the whole engine down. They suggested changing some worn parts while it was apart. They also fixed a code that was a bad coil pack. Used genuine Ford parts, not aftermarket junk. I was very impressed with the service and how I was treated. This was a job that took knowledge and skill to do and I would highly recommend them for any job!!

if i could give a neg i would
they had my truck to do tranny work over 3weeks when it got done they told me that some one hit it there lot [they hit a pole some where ] would not show camaras of the lot and told me the police will not file a report because the owner of the truck is not there BUT IT WAS AT YOUR PLACE FOR WORK
the owner told me to not his problem and hung up on me
there was over 12k damage done to the truck
I HAVE BEEN IN THE AUTO REPAIR FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND NEVER TREATED SOME ONE LIKE THAT
so i would stay far away
so now the law will have to get in to it now
STAY FAR A WAY
THEY EVEN SENT ME PICTURE OF THE TRUCK IN THERE LOT HIT AND DAMAGED

I drove up from NC to Niagara Falls and we were camping here 2 nights before traveling to Vermont. I was towing my 45 ft 5th wheel and when I was about a 100 miles out my front left brake pad came apart and was grinding metal to metal. I started calling around to several shops that turned me away to busy. But when I called Good Guys Mike answered he heard me out. He knew I was in a bind told me he was busy, but to bring it in he would get it fixed that day. We dropped it off the next morning he done a complete brake job on front and it was done after lunch !!! The price was reasonable and
the shop was very clean and organized.Thank you Mike for all you done!

Mark was not a good guy I took my car in for an inspection he failed it and did not write down what needed to be fixed then I called and asked what to fix he said right front control arm so I fixed it then got it reinspeted and he failed it said it told you the driver side and you didn't fix the swaybar linkage he then said it's not my responsibility to tell you what's wrong with your car I just fail it the paperwork just has a vague reason for failing I called the dmv complaint hotline they said take it somewhere else and get another inspection and if it says something different they will file a complaint. I took it somewhere else and it passed so complaint filed sir.

Our AC stopped working on our 6 hour drive to Niagara Falls on a 100 degree day with my huskies in the car. Needless to say they were not happy. Good Guys Automotive looked around to find the part and were able to get us in the next day before our drive back home while we waited. They even let our dogs come in to the waiting room with us. Staff is friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Me (and my huskies) are very grateful to the entire staff at Good Guys Automotive. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much!

I live 6 hours away and travel for work. I blew a ball joint through my upper control arm and they were able to get my truck in and fix it in a couple hours. Extremely helpful and a life saver.

In the past and now I've extremely satisfied with their work and knowledge of my vehicle when need proper attention to repair the problem needed. Their very expedient on get the job done in a expect time. And their communication of letting me know what else to be aware of in the near future of what to focus on to keep my vehicle roadworthy and safe to drive. I'll always entrust taking my vehicle to good guys because of their professional ism and expertise. And their prices are quite reasonable.

It's called good guys for a reason!
I needed a new clutch and inspection done and I got both in two days at a really good price. Extremely satisfied. Scott is an elite mechanic, and the owner was professional and nice. Highly recommended!
