My family stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and updated, the breakfast included many different options and was always great, and there were often snacks by the front desk throughout the day to snag on the way out. The location was great for easy access to the State Park as well as crossing into Canada. My nephew lost his stuffy during a bedding change and the staff went out of their way to help us find it.

The hotel is in great shape, and it was a great location for me as I was returning to PA from Canada and needed a place to stay overnight. I was a little disappointed in the service for a couple of reasons. I am a titanium Bonvoy member so it was obvious that they did not look at my preferences in a room location as I was not on a high floor and right by the elevator.

Perfect location! Beds were comfy - room was nice and well equipped. Snacks at the front desk and complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were very nice and well maintained, hotel was clean and lady at front desk was very nice and greeted us with cookies. Breakfast was above average for the 130 per night price. Parking was 10 dollars which seemed a little unnecessary since there’s nothing else around except housing.

Decent hotel. Looks nicer on the first floor than the guest rooms. A little dated upstairs. Staff was friendly. Made some mistakes but quickly fixed them. Breakfast ends exactly when they say it does so make sure you’re not late. They will turn the light off when you’re trying to serve food.

We came to see Niagara Falls, so we stayed here for one night. The room was comfortable and clean, a bit dated, but still suitable for an overnight stay. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious; the waffles were especially delicious. Location is suitable for by walking Niyagara falls and center of the city.

Spent the night at this hotel to visit the area. We interacted with numerous employees at the desk and they were all very friendly and professional. They definitely made you feel welcomed. Hotel and rooms were very clean and the pool and gym areas were nice.
View from our hotel room was an alley and older homes. That's more of a product of Niagara Falls though... I'd definitely return.

I travel often and long for work. This place is a safe, solid stay. From the Breakfast Staff to the Housekeeping Staff.... everyone ensures I have a good visit. With a 2 week stay for work, it is the little things that really make it a home away from home.

Lovely hotel with hospitality plus very clean very beautiful great location to Niagara Falls very friendly staff! They always had muffins or cookies and apple cider at the front desk. The fall decorations were lovely very friendly atmosphere cozy rooms, large shower very clean.

Jennifer at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, kind and welcoming. Hotel location was perfect and everything was wonderful.
