When you look up the Niagara Falls Blvd. location, it states store opens at 9 a.m. I attempted to go there at 9:05 a.m., but hours on door state they open at 11 a.m. If you're going to list your business on Google maps, you should have accurate information. I went down just a few stores to Michael's. Their information on Google is correct.

I've been shopping here for decades one of the attractions was their good coupon policy.
Recently it has become so complicated that you cannot possibly figure it out by yourself and the staff does not explain it well. It's very suspicious.

Went here today to grab some fabric and yarn for a friend. Jenny helped me find exactly what I needed. I was ready to give up on finding a fabric but she didn’t and I’m glad! She definitely went out of her way and even said there was more stock at another store when they didn’t have as many yarns as I wanted!

Was able to find what I need quite quickly, just need a zipper to fix my winter jacket, the item was $20 but the cashier Dawn was able to apply a coupon from the website to give me a discount of $10. Thank you, highly recommend I will be back
