Opened a cash back credit card in March, manager offered me a 200.00 credit after two months of using it. Still haven't received it, its now July! Called Keybanks customer service several times, just keep getting passed around. Can't get a hold of anyone in power. Wasted several hours of my time ! They suck !

I recently opened an account I deposited a check to open it and it took a week to clear which is understandable. I just deposited another mobile check and I have to wait another week for this one to clear. What’s the point of having a checking account and depositing a check if you have to wait a week for it?

Try to make a quick deposit at lunchtime, but always a long line and long wait. Frustrating. It's the only keybank in downtown niagara falls.

Have my mortgage,Checking,Savings,credit card, and direct deposit with this Bank.was charged $3 For not haveing online banking.Was told by manager in nf branch I had to have $25,000 Between both savings and checking not to be charged the fee.(ya right) Federal Credit Union here I come...

Conveniently Open.. && you can open the door with your bank card. Only problem is the cleanliness... it smells like it hasn't been clean in months and from the trash that looks the same if not worse everytime I go in. Pretty sure they dnt wipe anything down.

They put restrictions on my account and, they won't give me full access to my money when I need it. The manager is name Dez and, she makes excuses on fixing removing the restrictions on my account everytime I go into the branch and ask her too.I even been calling the 1800 number and complaining about the main st branch in Niagara falls in Main st and they keep telling me that Dez the manger can easily move the restrictions if she wanted too. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone, unless you really want them to totally mess up your account and keep you in over draft and keep changing you late fees and that. How are they supposed to expect me to stay in a positive balance if they won't do anything to help me and give me full access to my money?

I have phoned this Branch to get information about remote account access. My calls were not answered and went to voice mail. I haven't received any return call. Disappointing.
