I'm unsure why this place has 1 star reviews concerning service. The tellers have always been kind and polite and the branch manager has been a pleasure to work with.

I would give it a 0 star if it was possible because of what happened to both me and my fiancee. So, I cashed multiple checks from my work (Save A lot) there which they work through. Anyways... after about cashing about 3 checks I made an account with them so I wouldn't keep losing 7.50 each time I cashed my check. I open a checking account just for them to mail me a card that couldn't even activate and they had to send a whole new bank card to me which I haven't received yet. Just for my fiancee to try to cash her check today there and them tell her that they can't cash it there because it says Bank of Castile on it even tho every check I cashed there were made out by Bank of Castile as well. So, I really feel like it was a racist matter because I'm white and my fiancee is mixed.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION'S ATM!!!! I deposited cash after following all the prompts on the screen. The ATM then showed a screen that they were unable to process my transaction and gave me a paper slip stating that due to a technical error Keybank was unable to return the deposited items. The machine gave me back my card and did not credit my account. I contacted the Keybank customer service "professionals" as per the phone number at the bottom of the slip. Quick summary, 5 phone calls including multiple disconnects, 1.5 hrs of my time wasted on the phone, a dispute filed and now I have to wait 3-10 business days for Keybank to solve their technical problems. I did what I was asked of me and now I face overdraft charges, bounced checks and an account I can't use to pay my bills online. Thank you very much Keybank. Stellar results.

Every time I seem to come to this bank they’re slow and they keep coming back to the counter asking what account is it going into when it’s clearly written on the paper and they keep putting money into wrong accounts

I only come here for the ATM, I can withdraw more due to the higher daily limit. So I will visit this location more often. I did one time had to go inside for service. The help I received was very good, and they answered all my questions regarding my account.

The drive-thru is good and the machine usually is in good working order. However, I don't like the staff here, I find them too suspicious of what transactions you're trying to make and that makes you fee very uncomfortable. Why would anyone want to bank inside here with staff like that? I rather do most of my transactions at the machine.
