I come to this laundromat about once a week. I came in to wash blankets this evening. They updated a few machines but got rid of the bill breaker ughhh!!! I always have extra quarters because they don’t give out change. They always buy them back if needed. Well tonight I had $8.00 left of quarters that the laundry worker said she couldn’t buy back. She was super rude about it! What was even more disturbing was that she came out about two times to chain smoke cigarettes and then go back in to fold clothes that people drop off for the wash and fold without washing her hands. The floors were super dirty and the dryer my blankets went in was full of lint that I had to clean out. I will now be going to a different laundromat going forward! One rude lady worker is all it takes now a days.

06/24 10am: I was told by the Customer Service attendant that, “I need to start bringing smaller bills.” What?? This is 2024 people carry debit/credit cards not a pocket full of $1, $5, & $10 dollar bills and I’m not going to walk around with $10 dollars worth of quarters jingling in my pocket. If you can’t break a $20 bill to USE YOUR SERVICES than you should shut down.

the owner was very kind and patient with me, considering that I don't speak English well. he helped me and explained it to me, making sure I understood everything. really a very nice and kind person. Perfect laundry!

I manage this business. I will answer any complaints. I have many customers from two counties away and from out of state that enjoy our laundromat. Please feel free to call if there is ever an issue. We have 1005 lb washing capacity and just over 1700 lb drying capability. I feel confident we are the largest and most affordable laundromat in our region. We are ALWAYS attended. If there is ever a concern, we will solve the issue immediately!

Thursday May 23rd 2005 approximately 5:00 p.m. we've been going here to do laundry every week or every other week for the past 5 years used to be a great place to go great customer service unfortunately that is declined in recent years especially today girl working the front desk was very rude and very unhelpful had a machine where we put $8 in it had to put another dollar 75 in it to get the quote unquote super wash wouldn't take the extra dollar 75 she put us in another machine that cost $2 less couldn't get a super wash on that not at all professional about it bill changer doesn't work all I had was a 20$ bill and was told rudely to put it in the wall to get the change then they would buy the quarters back .what kind of sense does that make ???? Just poor customer service . Upsetting because used to he opposite.
