Great selection of styles and sizes at the time of my visit. I was able to find larger sizes (36/34) in many models — not all, as bigger sizes are generally harder to find. Prices are very reasonable: jeans range from around $25 to $70, which is amazing for Levi’s. The store is nicely organized and makes it easy to find the right fit.

Not impressed with the selection here. Walked in wearing my favorite ribcage ankle straights and couldn’t even find the same pair on the shelf. The ribcage ankle straights that were on the shelf were a cheap polyester blend, not like the 99% cotton ones I was wearing (which I bought in a different outlet store when I lived in Cali). I tried them on and the fabric just looked cheap and wasn’t flattering. The salespeople seemed to be genuinely trying to help me, but it wasn’t really going to make much of a difference in the sense that they just don’t stock the higher-quality jeans I was looking for in store. Waste of 90 minutes driving up from Amherst.

Store Manager Samantha, along with the rest of the associates who work there, are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Whenever I go there to purchase an item, make an exchange, or return an item bought online, Sam and her Crew are always accommodating and helpful in providing excellent service and advice. It is because of this attitude that I remain a loyal Levi's Outlet customer, because when I return to shop, it's like visiting Family!

Pushy salespeople. Selected a pair of 501’s from the “clearance” rack, marked $79 but I figured the “60% off” would bring them down to closer to $31. Wrong. They were rung up at $79, supposedly after the 60% markdown. Asked the sales guy, “you mean to tell me the retail on these is $130? For something I can get on Amazon for $29? I think not.” Left em there on the counter. Store was a total waste of time.
