I was impressed with the selection and the staff. The staff actually wanted to help both to help carry my lumber and help find the hardware I needed (without having to hunt someone down). They also had helpful advice about the project I was working on. I'll definitely be going back again!

Excellent selection and super helpful staff. This location has professionals who know their products and listen to customer needs in order to recommend proper equipment for your projects. They don't try to simply "make a sale", but rather actively listen and then recommend a range of products to suit your needs. I was shopping for numerous different projects and each of the 4 employees that approached me and asked if I needed assistance were kind, patient, and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location!

what. the. heck. i’ve never seen more rude employees in my whole life. everyone acts like they hate their job and are so nasty whenever a question is asked. i wonder how they got the job with their attitude. every single time i’ve visited, i’ve left pissed and upset with the service. no one wants to do their job, and when they realize they HAVE to do their job, they’re grumpy and full of disgusting attitude. i’m never the type of person to immediately decide i was going to put a public review on this location. you’d really have to upset me this badly to actually type all of this. terrible terrible staff! if i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. do NOT come here unless you want to be greatly disappointed with their racist staff. they treated us like we we’re stupid and didn’t know what we were doing. and even if we didn’t know what we were doing, help me…but they didn’t! i can’t stand this place. i’m never coming here. home depot is the way. the only good employees i’ve come across have been in the painting section. they were helpful and kind and made sure we were taken care of. otherwise, DISAPPOINTMENT.

I find myself coming here more and more. I used to be a Home Depot guy, however with the discounts offered to businesses, great selection of products and knowledgeable staff I keep coming back.

I came in the other day to pick up an order. Guest services found it on the computer and was told it's at pro desk for pick up. The staff working at the guest service were great but went straight down hill after I got sent to the pro desk
I head over and tell them I was told my order is at pro desk, but before I could even finish my sentence, the lady working cuts me off and says "go to guests services". And Begin to ignore me. I have to keep repeating myself I was sent from guest service before she finally goes to the computer. Then the phone rings and she picks it and begins working on this phone call. She at one point puts the call on hold to go check for this phone call order down the isles all while ignoring me. After about 10mins she finally finishes this call and starts to help me but never actually talking to me. But every time another staff member walks by she tries to pass me off, all while I still haven't said anything since "I was sent over here". 2 guys came to the desk and she goes I don't have my password to even look up this order. So it took the younger guy to log in. All again while never acknowledging me or even asking what my order was. When he final logs in the other guy goes what are you picking up. I tell him and he walk over to the shelf and grabs it. This whole time the order was in site of us.
Honestly if it wasn't for the women working at the pro desk, I wouldn't even think of leaving a review, but days later, I'm still annoyed by this interaction

We bought some flooring 4 weeks ago but the stair treads were not in stock, we paid for everything and we were told the stair treads would be in in about a week. A week goes by and we hear nothing, I call and get put on hold and transferred all over the store and got hung up on. My wife calls the next day and same result. She goes to the store only to find out that out order was never submitted but we should have them in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we get ahold of the assistant manager and we find out that we can't get them until Feb 21 but guaranteed us they would be in and a 50 dollar gift card for our trouble. Big surprise they did not come in. My wife asked to talk to management and big surprise no managers are in today. What the hell kind of business are you running. I gave myself the whole month to get these floors done half my house is in my living room for weeks now waiting for these stairs because that's where I have to start wife is pissed I am pissed and all they want to do is give me a 50 dollar gift card. what a load of crap.

More care should be taken when putting returns back on the shelf for sale. We ended up with 2 stair kits that had been previously tampered with, quite obvious the boxes had been retaped. Frustrating when a project is delayed because we're short material.
