Update: The manger has 100% rectified the issue fully repairing the vehicle - (I went to this location to get $2500 of repairs done on my vehicle to pass the NYS vehicle safety inspection (A service they don't provide BTW). Went to get the inspection done and FAILED. The inspection site told me none of the repairs that I "got done" at Mavis were completed and all of the "replacement" parts were either damaged or defective. Here's the kicker the Mavis guys stripped the bolt on my Front-right axle and bent the rotor trying to get it off. It's like you have a bunch of teenager's working there. If this was the last shop in the world, I'd fix my car myself. Complaint to Corporate Submitted. )
