I am giving this place three stars because of the issue I had when I wanted to combine my cell phone service and Internet. But I have to say the young man who took care of my situation was very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately I need Internet and found a new provider for my Internet and cellular service.

There was a new employee who was no help instead directed me to another phone company instead of doing his job because I asked about a phone offer he was clueless about.

I visited the Metro by T-Mobile at Military road, and I was really surprised by how hot it was inside. It was uncomfortable enough that it made shopping a bit of a struggle. I felt especially bad for the employee, who was clearly sweating and trying their best despite the heat. He kept insisting it’s fine for him to work but it’s not. It’s important for stores to provide a comfortable environment for both customers and staff, so I hope Metro by T-Mobile addresses this issue soon.
