I booked a one-day stay here in the off-season. The rooms are quiet , clean. According to the Micro hotel, the price is very ideal for performance. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly 🤗

Stayed 7 nights, visiting niagara falls. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff was courteous and informative with area sites and restaurants. I plan on returning in the future. I previously posted 1 star accidently. Didn't mean it.

They Promise to provide a daily need item but couldn't provide us with a Tooth Brush and Paste. Disgusting.

Everything was nice except for the charge for getting there an hour early after driving for 8 hours with little children. We managed to make it early but then got charged.

Rooms are nice and clean as long as you’re not staying over. I’ve had to stay here for over a month for work. They absolutely refuse to clean the rooms even upon request. Paying nearly $800 a week for a room you expect to have it cleaned at least once. No clean linen, towels, wash clothes, no restock of basic amenities period. To get used towels or trash removed we have to place them outside. To get clean ones we must request them. Completely unacceptable service!!!

Awesome, great value hotel. The staff are very friendly, location is convenient (for those of us shopping) and the rooms are excellent. Beds are very comfortable, staff leave plenty of towels and the rooms are very clean. We have stayed a few times and will continue to do so. Would definitely recommend.

The buffet breakfast lacked fruit. There were only apples.
