The manager, Justin is really nice and welcoming. They were overbooked, but he was able to squeeze me in for a tire patch. I had them look at my driver shaft because I ran over a pedestrian stop sign, and I was a little concerned. They told me that nothing was wrong usually when you go to a place they tell you oh yeah you need this and that, but they were very honest at this location.

Justin is fantastic. Went above and beyond to help me out and not to mention it was almost closing time. He knows how to seal a tire the right way too ! I really appreciate the work he did for me. Saved me from missing work. Highly recommend seeing him.

My boyfriend got me an oil change on Groupon since he’s been too busy to do it and I had a trip coming up. So I went into Mr Tire and the man told me it was unfortunate that I got the deal on Groupon, because it only covers the first five quarts of oil, and I would still owe $21 out of pocket. My boyfriend was coming anyway to also get himself an oil change on his way back from the gym and I told him what the guy said about the $21. Whenever he got there the guy was being kind of rude and told him they were busy. So then my boyfriend came in to see me and waited for the guy to come back to the front desk. The guy was like annoyed that he was still there. He said he was also there to ask about my oil change since he paid for it and he wanted to know why I was being charged extra. The guy started yelling that it’s the price and if I don’t pay I won’t get my car back. My boyfriend said my car doesn’t even take five quarts of oil (which I didn’t know lol) and the filter is included but he wouldn’t explain himself and called the police, who agreed with my boyfriend and didn’t have any issue with because he wasn’t doing anything. but they couldn’t do anything about it either to help us. I feel for people who deal with an angry customer who may even be intimidating, but if there’s a problem with your deal internally you should just resolve it on your end and not make the customer pay extra. And you know that so to save yourself the confrontation just fix it or don’t advertise that deal. My opinion is that they were taking advantage. At the end he said he would have worked with my boyfriend if he would have come in with a different attitude, but what does it take to not get charged extra in the first place? Thankfully Groupon was helpful after all and I got my oil change which I’m grateful for, but I don’t suggest going there other than maybe to make friends in the waiting area. There was a lovely couple who made me feel much better when I was nervous about the whole situation lol

Highly recommended 10/10. I'm forever grateful to Mr. Smith for the work he did to my truck. I was far away from home . Wheel bearing, cv shaft and rotors were all gone on my truck and Justin fixed the problems and I'm home and truck is riding smoothly ?? ?? ?.

Made an appointment for a tire and inspection. We came 15 minutes early to our appointment, 2 hours before they closed, only to be told they weren’t working anymore today. No explanation or apology.

Had a scheduled appt this morning at 8am, arrived at 7:55, store wasn't open, despite open time listed at 7:30. Waited until 8:15, still no one arrived. Attempted to call several times, last being at 9am, store still wasn't open. Ended up taking my business elsewhere. Horrible way to run a business

Don’t ever go to Mr. Tire on Military Rd in Niagara Falls. I was totally scammed. I went in to get a plug because I ran over a nail. After 4 hours I had to call them and they said I needed a new tire because it was on the seam. Ok go ahead and give me a new tire…. Go to pick it up and they put a new tire on the wrong side and the nail was still in the tire on the other side!!! I asked if I could see the old tire and it was conveniently gone! No longer there!! They were nice however to plug the nail that I brought my truck there for in the first place for the cost of a new tire that I didn’t need!! $270! Thanks a lot. Very bad business practice. I will never go there again. Neither should you.

We had a nail in our tire and it was a Sunday but Justin took care of us as fast as he could! What a nice guy and a great experience! I highly recommend Mr Tire and will try to make all future appointments with Justin!
