Very rude customer service, tried to sell me a used fuel pump the sticker seal was broken on the box and no bag on fuel pump. Also smelled like gasoline. Guy said it’s new.. clearly if it smells like gasoline it’s used…. Scam

They had to order my part and It would have been a prepay shipping requirement, so I ordered my part and had it shipped to my house for same price but the $10 part cost me $20 total to have it shipped either way.

Went to auto zone for a part and was given the wrong part. Asked for a refund and was given a hard time. Subsequently went to NAPA and was given the right one. Lesson...go to NAPA first and you will ALWAYS be given the right part the first time.

We have been doing Two way radio work for NAPA stores across Central NY and Western NY for over 10 years. We took care of the radio system move from the old store to the new one and this new store is huge I have never seen so many parts in a store, if you need parts in Niagara County this is the place to go and their 9 delivery vehicles will get them to you quick.

Never had any issues with parts they supply. Also very friendly staff!! I bought top of the line advance auto “wearever” gold cermanic brakes and they sucked so bad I pulled they off under 2k miles. Went to Napa and got semi metallic brakes and what a difference!!! Napa’s brakes were half the price but 100 %better. Will always go to Napa for my parts need !! Also they have almost everything in stock or next day !! Thank you!!!
