A total scam company. I recently ended my services for a move. I get my final bill and it's almost $400 dollars! I've been paying 60 per month and they hit me with this?! A garbage company.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Been on the phone for 3 hours and nobody has picked up the phone.
Update: it’s the very next day and I had to wait an hour from when they opened to get ahold of someone. I was left in a silent hold after she wouldn’t acknowledge my rights as a consumer + she would not put a supervisor on the phone.
Finally, I was able to call back and speak with a helpful employee and resolve the issue.
**PLEASE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER!!

Absolutely ridiculous trying to get a hold of them ! I’ve called and called one day took an hour and 15 minutes tried today still long wait time this is horrible service!!!!

Have been sitting on hold for days and hung up on had them call back told me there was a representative on the phone then That person hung up! I have service somewhere I never lived but not where I'm moving causing a delay in the move!!!!! They need to do better!!!!!

Awful customer service! My landlord had a meter changed a year ago that wasn’t updated properly and after a year of makeing calls to get it fixed, it is still is not resolved. Business call line never brings you to business services and makes you have to wait on hold twice as long. Horrible company to try and get anything done.

These people are miserable to work with . Any issues , it’s not their problem . I recently moved and had our old apartment sitting vacant . Noticed the bill increased an additional $125. There well trained reps said it’s possible that the refrigerator being empty is using more energy which is laughable . They will give you any excuse to get off the phone which is normally tough luck pay . The excuses they give me here reps are laughable

When you complain about delivery charges they raise to dang near 100 the next month and I bet my delivery charges raise higher than that and definitely don’t get a clarification as to why the fees to deliver the same service you provided for months before the charges just keep going up so I want a itemized printout of all my charges on my bill seeing how the website doesn’t clarify why the delivery fees are more than my usage kinda ripping customers off and getting away with it truly think the company needs to do better. I am not required to maintain your equipment and or your meter your company provided to the house I rent. Truly disgusting how this company can over inflate on charges and can’t justify their charges
