I totally loved this place it was amazing! Both guys that did me and my mothers pedicure was very gentle and nice. I got I a amazing message!!! I also got a drink, what salon gives out drinks none, BUT THIS ONE DOES!!!I would totally recommend coming here!!!!Services: Foot massage

I went in to purchase a gift card and they over charged me. When I looked at the receipt and asked to refund the difference for the amount that I asked for they refused and said their system was down even though they just used it a min prior to charge me. Then they pretended they couldn’t understand or speak English and just stared at me when I kept asking for my refund. …I didn’t get my refund. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND ALSO CHECK THEIR MENU PRICES BECAUSE THEY’LL DO A DIFFERENT SERVICE THEN CHARGE YOU FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICE!!!!

The man doing my nails was very unprofessional, his attitude I noticed instantly. Nevertheless the lady who did my daughters nails had paint all on my daughters skin from I guess, trying to get the running paint with her nail. Then her polish was off, by the next morning. It has never done that even with me doing them at home. I got a regular short manicure with tips, I noticed there was dirt speckles in the acrylic powder. I’m assuming from him grabbing the wet chunks, that accumulated from using the liquid and powder acrylic on his last client. I said nothing until I noticed black spots on my nail from the acrylic. He brushed me off and joked as if I was wrong for saying something. Okay three days go by and my first nail just pops off like I have on some type of press ons. Moments later the second nail came off, and then the others. Five of my nails in total have popped off, not broke like the norm, actually popped off as if I glued my own nails on! I called when the first one came off, the boss said to come in they would fix it. By the time I got ready to go fix them and 5 nails were off I refused to go back to them. My nails would have only done the same thing again! $50 for a short manicure that didn’t last just a few days, $7 for my daughters rainbow colored painted nails, that immediately washed off and $3 tip was totally NOT WORTH IT!!! Save your money and time and go elsewhere!Services: Manicures

I got my nails done i told him i want a full set. He just put gel n nail poshlish on my nails without a fullset. It came offwith in a day he didnt clean up the poshlish from the sides of my nails i wasnt happy i paid that much at all i rather stick to just my feet at least they know how to rub ur feet

I always go to this place to get my eyebrows done by Linda she does a amazing job every time I go. Although I would not go there to get my nails done, but they have great pedicures.

the dip manicure I paid for lasted maybe a week. then the dip on my nails started to chip and break off. Extremely disappointed.

My nails were not good at all and they guy looked like he didn’t know what he was doing I wanted French tips and he looked like he didn’t know what they were at all and I also got my feet done and they don’t look clean at all and the total came to $102 which is way to much for something I didn’t even like

First, let start off by saying that as of two weeks ago, it is no longer New York Nail Company. It is now Luss Nail Bar. The person that did my nails did an excellent job. The place had been remodeled. It's very nice, and the prices are competitive.
