Just had my first experience with this place and except that they could use a more visible sign (had to circle twice before seeing the small sign next to another business' sign), everything went smoothly. Will definitely use again!

Very impressed with how efficient and easy it was to use! Staff friendly and helpful. We had a parcel delivered there because company didn't ship to Canada. No issues at all. Fees were straight forward. You just had to declare your shipment yourself when you cross the border.

I use this when I don't want to pay shipping to Canada. There is a fee for picking up packages.

We offer mailbox service for customers in Southern Ontario who want to order from US online retailers. You can have your purchases shipped to our address which is 1KM from the rainbow Bridge. We will notify you when your package arrives. You can come and pick it up.
