Niagara County SPCA is a friendly place for pet care needs. They help with adoption, finding good fits for families, and the process is easy with wonderful and helpful employees and volunteers. They also provide compassionate end-of-life services, treating clients with kindness and compassion during difficult times. The staff are the most compassionate and caring, offering affordable and peaceful options. They provide beautiful keepsakes for remembrance. The establishment offers grooming, described as an awesome job. They also coordinate with foster families to care for animals until they are healthy and ready for adoption. While communication and organization can see improvement due to being busy, the veterinarians and foster families receive thanks for their care.
Great friendly staff. Fast and efficient even though there were a ton of people in there and they were overwhelmed. They took care of business. They were there for us in a time of the need. And for a fraction of the price, veterinarians wanted $800 to do what the SPCA did for $200

We manage apartment buildings and somebody left three cats and unfortunately we ourselves could not take them in as we have two older ones ourselves so the SPCA was very kind and generous in taking these would be homeless cats

People weren’t very friendly in the place smelled so bad. I’d second-guess going here asked for a dog asked to look at the dogs and was told I had to make an appointment… Not a great place.
