Mostly good but if you have a problem don't expect them to answer the phone. You'll get an answering machine and have to wait for a call back whenever they find it convenient. Just hope you don't have other things to do with your day.

The teller, Samantha, is extremely rude. She’s always slamming on her keyboard when keying stuff in, popping her gum, rolling her eyes, laughing and talking about people. Checking her texts while in the middle of depositing my check, she messed up and had to change it because she wasn’t paying attention, her Apple Watch was more important. She is the rudest woman, for absolutely no reason, and one of the biggest reasons that I try not to frequent this location, and why I’m thinking of switching to another credit union. Not sure what her issue is, but it’s very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Terrible uncaring customer service (if you can call it that) the Niagara Falls is their "main branch" it is no different then all the others .. you have to leave a VM and hope someone calls you back.. no help ANYWHERE if you have issues outside their branch hours...Seriously?? NO customer service line to call... Every single thing you need you have to drive to the branch so if that isn't annoying enough go ahead and use their services..
