Been banking here for years and it’s always been great. Surprised to see negative reviews but that’s what Karen’s and Daren’s do. The reality is that everyone who works here is warm and approaches work with family feel. Renee is wonderful, as is tanner. I’m greeted by name when I walk in, as I overhear others are as well. This is good money management with a small town feel. Happy banking.

This northwest let my joint holder take all the money out of my account and close the account without me knowing. I will never use this bank again nor will my friends and family. Even before this this is one of the absolute worst banks ever.

I have never left a negative review. However, 01/07/2021 I received the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have worked within the customer service field for 15+ years, 4 years in management at Wegmans - a company known for its customer service. I could never imagine speaking to any individual, especially an active CUSTOMER, as I was spoken to. I was dumbfounded that this individual even thought she had to the right to speak to a customer as she did, did she not receive any training?Your employee was condescending, aggressive and actually told me to "go bank somewhere else". This is not only disrespectful to myself, but your company. Your employees should never be advising your customers to go bank with your competition. She screamed at me and my partner as I was paralyzed with shock by her irrational, abrupt aggression. I had initiated the call/conversation in a polite, calm manner as I was raised by sensible people. There were no irrational concerns or accusations on my behalf, I had called regarding an overdraft fee (which I was unethically charged). I'm sure this is a simple issue your employees are supposed to be able to handle on a daily basis.This occurred over the phone with an employee at your Military Road, Niagara Falls NY location. The employees’ name is Genie/Jeanine (or something similar to that). This individual is going to cost you a lot of customers, as I am closing my account due to the oddly barbaric behaviors of this employee. My boyfriend and his father have already switched from your institution to Chime banking. I will also let the rest of my friends and family know about my experience with your company.There is no realm where this behavior is acceptable. The manner in which I was spoken to was more than an employee having a bad day, this person should not be working with the general public.

Every time I go to this atm I get screwed. One day I go to withdrawal it has no funds. Tonight I deposit money hit process and I needed no more time and it didn't process my funds and took my money I'm furious! !!

The manager Lisa @ this branch really made my experience with First Niagara today do a 360. I appreciate the ease off of the stress I had to deal with today bouncing back and forth with 3 representatives.
