Affordable prices, a huge selection of clothing and accessories, and helpful staff. I visited the store with a friend in search of a summer dress for a relative's kindergarten graduation ceremony. With the help of staff, my friend ended up buying a few summer dresses as they were so cute.

I purchased leggings and as I was leaving I looked at the receipt and noticed that the 30% was not deducted. So I asked the girl that initially helped me and showed her where I found the leggings and she confirmed that it should have been deducted. However, another rep comes and says that the leggings are actually in the wrong rack and someone must have put them there. Which I then responded, “well that’s not my fault, there are at least 6 of he same leggings that are hanging there, how would I know?” I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and the treatment was not great. No resolution was given except that it’s my fault that someone misplaced their leggings under the wrong rack with the 30% discount right above it. I ended up returning the leggings. Also for an outlet, who would pay $45 for leggings?

They gave me a hard time to get my shopping bag back. I left the store for literally 5 minutes, cane back because I forgot to get my bag back that I had the returns in and they had to "ask the manager" about it and then still didn't give me my bag. Im not shopping here ever again.
