I love the bargains, but I wish it was cleaner and better organized and more cashiers are needed

Some advertised items already gone. Grocery items limited or not a buy which is why you go there. Shelves a mess in areas, prior visit was a disaster. Slow line to cash out. Cashier did not seem to want to be there. Miss Big Lots

Unfortunately this store was a mess. Dirty. Not taken care of for the most part. It seems to.be understaffed. No manager or the like working on the sales floor or in the isles. 2 cashiers and 1 person getting carts.
