The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to find the perfect shoe. Only one time they were speaking Spanish right in front of us (happily I do understand enough to know it wasn't about us, but it still left a bad taste that they were so inconsiderate about the customers around them) second minus (not the stores fault) a lot of rude customers, can't excuse them selves just pushing their way thru. Test walked shoes just a few meters from where I was trying them out just to get my water bottle thrown rudely on the floor. That might be a good investment, a bit more seating space within the store...

The puma outlet in Niagara falls is fantastic. I went there last week and got a great pair of pumas the had on the closeout rack four $25.00. they would originally be around $80. The customer service was great. Very helpful, very friendly. The only thing is I thought they would have a larger selection of sneakers. But I was thrilled with my purchase.

It doesn't have a lot of variety like Canadian outlets but I end up getting some exclusive items that are also in a good deal. Didn't miss my chance. I love their Motorsports collection. ?

I visited the Puma Outlet store in Niagara, Canada. I liked the way I was helped by Daniel to find the right size when one of the other employee stated that it was not available, he went out of his way and said let me check in the warehouse, and after spending several minutes searching, he was able to get the size I wanted and they fit amazingly. Highly recommend visiting this store, and if you get a chance to meet or ask for Daniel to help you there you should.

My husband and I were here earlier today and not only were there great deals on pretty much everything in the store but the employees were so friendly and helpful. Shauna especially went above and beyond to help us find everything we were looking for and was super knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back!

I don't get why to use a sign saying that "EVERYTHING" is 75% off and it's not true. Clerks with bad attitude. Hire someone else and don't lie to people about discounts.

The employees in this store are always so plight and helpful. My daughter very much loves the Puma line so must of her school shopping is done in this store. I wish they would get a store credit card preferably one that has puma points or pounce points (being a big cat and all)or something, come on puma I know you can think of something cool for your loyal customers!! Anyways like I said great staff, great selection, and awesome atmosphere, I have never had a bad time in this store and my child is the worst to shop with so it says a lot about this store.
