Fred was timely, professional, friendly and courteous. I will not go back to the military road location as long as this one is available. This location had no wait time. It took longer for me to drive there than the amount spent there.

I think there are a lot of friends reviewing for this place. They are terrible, go anywhere but here, you will be waiting forever and ever. I had a drop off and waited an hr.

This location really surprised me. I had an appointment and I was in and out within 5 minutes! I went on a Thursday at 10:30 am. There wasn't a security guard like the Military rd location standing in the corner. I have never seen a security guard at any other quest location. And I lived in Buffalo for many years! My phlebotomist was professional and polite. I also received my results the very next day via email. It took almost a week to receive my results at the Military road location!
