Cool place. Little guy was scared at first but then couldn't wait for the tigers to roar. I guess they move every 15 minutes. Seemed like every table had a view of something cool. Service was good. Food was ok. It is pricey but it's not a typical restaurant and worth it on my opinion.

Rainforest Cafe is always a fun place to dine! The last time we went to a Rainforest Cafe was around 10 years ago and our boys were much younger but we still enjoyed it. As far as menu, you know what to expect. They have a large variety of choices, and the items are large portions and very tasty. This specific location- they were on top of things. The service staff was exceptionally great, very fast, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facilities were clean and in great shape. The food was great, hot and not over or under cooked. Overall a very fun and pleasurable dining experience, which is what you expect from Rainforest Cafe.Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate my wife's gluten allergy, they had a gluten-free bun for her chicken sandwich.Kid-friendliness: One of the best places to bring kids! Plenty of kid friendly food options plus the jungle / Rainforest decorations.

Travelled from Northern Alberta to enjoy a team dinner for Cheerleading Nationals. After waiting for an hour and half for our orders - which were pre ordered AND paid for with an 18% gratuity THREE weeks PRIOR to walking into the restaurant there was NO, NONE at all responsibility for the lacknof food and service. In talking to the manager - after two tables sit down, order and leave before us, he was dismissive and basically said that’s how it goes. At the hour and half mark he indicated they were getting the food prepared! If you have a team dinner - choose elsewhere. I would comment on the food but we haven’t had any yet ?

One of the most expensive places you can go to for just ok food and service, however, the salad for $8.99 was totally worth it; it was fresh and very big for the price. The arcade is a good attraction for the kids and there are coupons out there that will make the trip there a little more worth it.

Was never greeted or seated April 10 2024 @1830-1845 EST. It was severely disappointing. I left after 15 minutes.

Had a great time here. The kids loved the atmosphere. Service was terrific - thanks, Noah. Fairly small location by Rainforest standards, and pricey (of course these days), but would certainly go again with kids.

Our server was great, the food was great, pretty sure we won't need to eat for another 3 days. Our server was so nice and apologetic when he forgot part of our meal and immediately corrected it. Couldn't have been more kind.

Service and atmosphere is exactly what you expect from a rainforest cafe. Food was even better than expected.Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid-friendly. Kids are encouraged to see the different animals throughout the restaurant. This one had an attached arcade as well.

Honestly not the best Rain Forrest Cafe. Food was alright and it was a tight squeeze getting in out of our table as it was crammed in between a pilar and another table to the point my dad had to sit side ways and be halfway in the aisle.
