Great furniture that'll last! They put it together for you too with delivery! The atmosphere was calming and no rush to get the deal done. For what I got it was worth it was a little steep but again worth the price. Family friendly service with a GREAT selection! I bought a bed set, dinnette set, entrainment counsel.

It was awesome to walk in and be greeted and offered a bottle of water while we browsed the bedroom section for dressers. Our salesperson was very patient and attentive to our questions and needs. I would definitely recommend checking this outlet out....lovely displays..Go Bills!!

No return phone call after speaking to a salesman 2days. I called customer service and explained that I had a $100 gift card from Raymore and it was to expire that day. I was connected to the sales person I spoke to three days before. he took my order and connected me to another person who verified my credit and my gift card. I have an account with Concura Credit from a previous purchase of a couch from you. I was told that I couldn't give this information over the phone.
but an email would be sent to me with a link to arrange the application to this account. As of today, I received no link from Flanigan's. I'm also waiting four days later to find my appointment time and date for delivery.

I was very pleased when shopping. I wasn't bombarded by salespersons. I got to look, sit, recline. When I was ready, I got my salesperson. His name is Francis Calabro. Very courteous, friendly and didn't push other items at me. I purchased a couch, with 2 reclining chairs in it, a single recliner and 2 end tables. Only thing I wish they would take old furniture and they charge for delivery. That I believe should not be!!! I also didn't finance my purchase. I did ask for something, as I paid in full. Unfortunately I got nothing. All in all it was a good experience and can't wait for my furniture to be delivered.

This was an impromptu stop to Raymour and I ended up purchasing a new sectional. The help at the store was attentive but not pushy at all. A nice balance of good old customer service and all the help I needed without being on top of me throughout my visit to the store.

This is my first purchase from Raymour and Flanigan and Salesperson Bob from the Niagara Falls store made it a good experience..Very knowledgeable and accommodating ...Would definitely go there again for furniture
