Very poor customer service when you call. I call to ask if they could change a simple head gasket and the owner simply was very rude and told me they’re not interested. The reasons ? I believe it was either my accent or because I already knew what the car need it and I already have the part. Who knows but very unprofessional and unfortunate because I means good business. Red flag 🚩

I stopped in because the tire pressure light was on in my rental car. I did not have an appointment but they welcomed me and checked the tires. They filled each tire and that fixed the problem. I offered to pay but they refused. I thanked them and was on my way. Very professional and honest people.

Filled out the online form for an appointment and had a response within an hour. Personable, polite staff. Location is “downtown” LaSalle and is near the LaSalle Expressway. Had my vehicle back in a couple hours.

This team went above and beyond to help my family on Christmas Eve when my mother’s car broke down on the way to visit us. Could not thank them enough for the care and attentiveness that they provided in getting her car back to working order in a timely manner in the week following. Very kind and polite.

Went here for my annual NYS inspection. Had 8:30 appointment and was out by 9:15. I went to Kent for many years for all my service needs and only stopped after purchasing a vehicle that included first 2 years of service and provided frequent discounts for various maintenance after that. If you don't have this kind if coverage I would and have recommended Kent and his crew for any service needs. This is long time family owned business that is an asset to the community.

First time taking my car into Richardsons. Had to have my air conditioner fixed. I asked them to look at a few other things didn’t try to give me unneeded repairs reminded me my inspection was due asked if I wanted to update that as well. Will definitely be back Top-notch shop
