Rite Aid Pharmacy in Niagara Falls is a pharmacy focused on health and wellness. The store is clean, very well organized, and has a good selection of products at good prices. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is nice and kind. However, visits often involve extremely long waits, with the store being very busy. The pharmacy staff works quickly but can seem very busy. While the experience can be typical, they manage to get things done in a timely and pleasant manner. The location on Pine Avenue is convenient for the community.
Usually pretty slow but the pace has picked up a bit lately. Customer service is pretty good especially when people like Luchianna are on the floor. Drive through line is always long but nothing to stress too bad about.

Quick, but a lot of people working in the pharmacy just about tripping over one another to get orders done. I heard the Benny Hill theme song in my head watching them. But they managed to get things out in a timely and pleasant manner... oh! Meds and a show lol
