Usually pretty slow but the pace has picked up a bit lately. Customer service is pretty good especially when people like Luchianna are on the floor. Drive through line is always long but nothing to stress too bad about.

Quick, but a lot of people working in the pharmacy just about tripping over one another to get orders done. I heard the Benny Hill theme song in my head watching them. But they managed to get things out in a timely and pleasant manner... oh! Meds and a show lol

Just find another pharmacy with better customer service. I tried calling them. It doesn't even go through. Pathetic

It’s the pharmacy not so much the store. They are always backed up. My husband called and they said an hour. I get there an hour later and were writing the prescription down to place it in and she still said it was 45 minutes then I said well my husband called and the girl behind her was like just tell her we were backed up, but nobody even wrote down his prescription to give it to the pharmacist. It was five people in front of me and they told everybody that there scripts weren't ready. It looked like they were fully staffed. people need their medicine and sometimes it’s an emergency. I don’t see why they are always backed up. It’s the only pharmacy that I can go through because of my insurance.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years mostly because half the time the other locations need to order the meds. Generally if you call you have to call them multiple times repeatedly or they don't answer the phone and when they finally do they tend to give an attitude. There have even been plenty of times where I've had to pick up meds for my epileptic son, that were sent in about a week prior by the doctor mind you, and they hadn't even started it yet. It really seems like the people in the pharmacy don't care about the customers or whether or not they need their meds on time. It's sad to see what this world is coming too.
Update: today we found out while setting up my son's meds for the week they filled 2 of the prescriptions wrong not only did they originally put them in the wrong bottles but when we took them back and told they just swapped the meds from one bottle to the other and left the incorrect amounts they're going to end up killing someone with their negligence

Don’t bother. The few shelves that weren’t locked up were empty, and the products that were locked up (most of the store, every aisle) were overpriced and sparse.

I CANNOT express how terrible this Rite Aid is. You will NEVER reach someone on the phone. This has been my pharmacy for years. It has gone down since they brought in new pharmacists. You will never get a script filled in a day. I recently tested positive for COVID. Urgent care sent me a couple medications to help relieve my painful congestion and terrible sore throat. I could barely swallow and couldn't get any air through my nose. I was suffering. My script was sent in at 12:45pm. I waited a very long time( 6hrs! )and finally decided to call and see what was going on. Nobody answered, I called 5 times. Finally I pressed the # that said I was a physician and the pharmacist answered. I asked him what was happening with my meds, I told him I was suffering terribly from covid. He told me he was filling it right now and it would be ready soon. GUESS WHAT he never filled it. It just got filled. Its now the next day at 11 am. So it literally has been 23 hrs since my script was sent in. They have also lost scripts I have dropped off in advance and told me that I was lying and never did. I am going to be switching pharmacies as soon as I grab these meds because this place is just out of hand and they just don't care to worry about their patients. They are also open whatever hours they decide. Not the hours that are posted.

Empty shelves explained away as due to a remodel. however it appears then that due to several other reviewers of the past year +, there are often empty shelves and no evidence of construction going on. Sadly, like many Rite Aid locations, I believe they are going out of business and therefore not restocking. You will most likely need to go elsewhere to find exactly what you're looking for, so unless you have time to wander to find items in poorly organized and unmarked aisles, which requires the assistance of personnel to unlock the items from behind glass doors, you might as well save time and possible frustration, and shop elsewhere. Also, panhandlers in the parking lot can be rather aggressive.
