Went all over just trying to buy a dang pair of waterproof shoes. They emailed me a bday coupon for 30% off 1 item, but was sent to 3 different locations. Each place treated me like a bother and cast me in another direction. Shoes are likely garbage anybow.

Very rude staff! I asked them for assistance because I couldn’t reach the sizes on the high shelves and they snapped at me continuously! Very sad and unhappy people work here! I am sorry you ladies hate your job so much! By the way, they were both ladies with prescription glasses! Stay away!

Nice shoe selection, but poor customer service. If you have a good product, poor customer service just means you have poor management or a poor owner. Your staff reflect how you run your store..

So disappointed. Poor service and immature staff. Went to the store today with my dad to get him slip on shoes. We wanted size 8 or 8.5 but there was only one shoe for each. When asked for help the young lady pretended to look at the cash register and never came back to tell us that she couldn’t find the second shoe of either size 8 or 8.5 but rather continued to straighten the boxes in next aisle. While we were waiting patiently in anticipation she may get the right size. When we asked if they found the 2nd shoe, she and her colleague started to smirk and laugh. Poor service and immature staff. Will never shop here again.

I brought my elderly uncle here to buy some comfortable shoes since his shoes were causing him foot pain and hindering his walking. We were helped by a younger fellow, who measured my uncle's feet and pointed us to the right section for wide shoes. They were running a b1g1 half off deal so he picked up two pairs and some socks etc. I plan on shopping there when I need new sneakers in the coming months.
