Christy was beyond fantastic with me today! I literally hugged her before I left. She was so sweet and kind! She helped me get a great new device, and spent alot of time transferring info, and making sure my setup was perfect for me. She is without a doubt a big asset to spectrum! Thank you so much for your help! I can't express how grateful I am for everything you did!

Yesterday 6/26/2024, I had a concern about my bill so I decided to go to the store, instead of calling the 800 phone number, because I had a great experience the first time so I was convinced they'd be able to address my questions (and eventually process my payment) but unfortunately it was not a good idea.
Chrystin Wilson was the employee who I encountered.
Before me, I overheard in the lobby how she was yelling at another customer and I was crossing my fingers hoping someone else would assist me but my question was very simple and easy so I knew I was not going to make her job any harder.
As I approach the counter, I very calmly asked if she could help me with a question about billing and without hesitation and very agitated she instructed me to call the 1-800 phone number. I thought she may have still been upset about the customer before me so I tried to be understanding and have empathy even though I knew I didn't deserve to be talked to that way but it didn't work.
Chrystin Wilson continued to be aggressive, loud and unwilling to help. Me, as an introvert person felt extremely embarrassed and I respectfully asked to please stop yelling and if she could get me someone else to assist me. She turned around and walked away from me, while loudly announcing that she's got a customer giving troubles, to which her co-worker said she won't be dealing with anyone giving troubles (without even assessing the situation and reluctant to help). And I was just left standing at the counter and no one around.
It is not an exaggeration when I say Christyn’s conduct was not normal and her temperament is very concerning. This treatment was VERY UNFAIR and totally UNNECESSARY. I didn't treat her rudely or disrespectfully. I didn't raise my voice. I spoke to her calmly at all times.
Minutes later, Chrystin Wilson came back still with the same behavior, to which I responded she was being useless with this whole situation all around: Still not wanting to answer my questions or even trying, but even worst, also escalating the situation by herself by screaming and yelling. There were more people in there and that was a very embarrassing scene, but apparently not for her.
When I decided it was smarter to just leave, I asked for their names and Christyn Wilson IMMEDIATELY COVERED HER NAME TAG WITH HER RIGHT HAND and declined to provide me her name but it was too late because I had already seen it. The other lady at no point had her name tag displayed and also refused to provide me her name (while she was on the phone with the manager) so I proceeded to take a picture of her (See below). As I am taking the picture, they stated that I was not allowed to take pictures and started walking towards me, yelling me to step out otherwise they would call the police. At this point I AM STILL ASKING THEM TO CALM DOWN AND STOP THE YELLING but my descalation attempts were not enough.
Being aware of the laws, I cooperated when asked to leave the premises. But kicking me out of the store by one lady that clearly has anger management issues and another lady that overreacted and both yelling at me and me trying to calm them down is totally unfair and also disappointing.
All I needed was to clarify a question about my bill and make a payment upon explanation. I’m not asking for special treatment, I just think I deserved to be addressed with dignity and respect.
I know I will get a default response to this review but please know that I will be getting this complain higher up and will exhaust every option possible to get this addressed.
Again this situation took place yesterday 6/26/24. I walked in at around 7:15 PM. My first interaction with Chrystin Wilson approximately 7:40 PM.
Picture was taken with the purpose of staff recognition upon their refusal to provide names when I asked.

Worst place to go to for WiFi. Half the time the service doesn’t work. Like right now I am being left with no service at all. I am gonna be switching companies

Had a remote problem, told to come in and exchange. I booked an appt. Went in, and was told they didn't have the remote in stock. Gave me a clunky old one from previous DVR model and told it would work. It didn't. Big surprise. Big waste of my time

Went to pick up new modem today that's already paid for and the guy tells me they need the old one first when spectrum told me on the phone twice that's not true.. he didn't even try to start the process and when I got there he was sitting on the sidewalk outside doing nothing. You can tell it's just pure laziness

I am not very happy, I am there 50 minutes before close due to a long schedule. they ln order to trade my phone in which I had been there the day prior for when they said their mobile service was down and waited for 53 minutes, that they closed 3 minutes ago while I was waiting in the store and can't do a DATA transfer, which could take hours, so much for customer service now a days.

It almost closing time and I was still able to be seen before they closed. I scheduled an appointment in hopes of making things go quicker. It did take longer than I had hoped but given there were only 2 people working and a few customers that took a bit longer it was understandable. Anyways they handled my order quickly and it was an easy exchange.
