I recently purchased a sweater at this location and called the store afterwards to inquire about a promo email I received. The person I spoke with, Jessica, was super helpful, friendly and really went above and beyond to assist me. Amazing customer service!

As usual, very helpful staff, even tho' I arrived at nearly closing time. My regret tho' was finding that, in my opinion, the cotton tops are running smaller than I have found in the past. I had a Medium Talbot's top on while shopping that day but found that I needed Extra Large to have the same fit. There were few to no tops in that size indicating that others required larger sizes as well. I normally wear a M to L in your clothing and have not gained weight. Otherwise, very accommodating staff.
