Very bad customer service. The cashier Trent b should be ashamed of himself. Throwing f bombs (about 5 or more to be exact) when you are talking to another employee as your cashing out a customer is very rude and disrespectful. Thank God I'm not the manager of that store. Anyone know the email to the owner of store because I called and complained and the girl that answered the phone didn't seem to care. She was just as rude as Trent.

Girl friend got two and we went to self checkout it wasnt showing the 2nd free so I went and double checked and when I got back she already paid because the helper was no help he just said that's tomorrow's price? Pretty sure that's not how that works. Also you must honor your price shown and there is no date. So either he was lying or the whole store is shady or both.

The cleanliness of the store is horrible. Management should be fired for lack of food grade practices. Walls and helves have dirt on them, expired food items for sale, and their employees are treated with even less respect.

I actually abandoned a purchase here. (Only 2 bottleS of soda). Couldn't get the e coupon to work with app and sign in. Staff tried to help twice no go.

I had a poor experience at this Tops location because there were no cashier lanes open, so my only option was to use the Self-Checkout. The self-checkout machine was causing inconvenience to me because it kept acting up (to where an employee had to keep coming over anyways), and I don't think it's my job to be the cashier - especially at a store where you pay more specifically for a better experience.
I would suggest saving your money and going to another store instead.

Enjoy shopping at this Tops. Their staff is extremely helpful!
When this Tops doesn't have what I'm looking for, it's there the next time I shop.
Except for one (1) item and that is Cabot Plain Yogurt. The store is very clean and well-kept. No fallen articles in the aisles and shelves are well-stocked and in order.

I think this location is really good. I always stop here before I head back in to Canada. The store is always stocked well. The set up is really nice. I always grab a sandwich from the deli and it’s always good. I never have an issue here ever. They also have really good sales on.

Horrible, the man that closed on 10-31-24 is a nasty person. I don't understand how someone in customer service could behave like he does. Do better. It's not just today, anytime i see him working i run the other way.

I went on three separate occasions to the Customer Service desk and they were closed. One time was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Unlike other Tops stores, no manager will offer to accomodate a return at the register. I was told each time to come back tomorrow. I had a manager pretend he didn't know how to do bottle returns because he wasn't feeling it. Watch your expiration dates at this store too!!

First time buying a fish fry from this location and absolutely the last somehow this fish has bones in it. It’s completely burned and disgusting.
